3-Day Look Policy for E-commerce Marketplace Sales

Day 1: Delivery and Inspection

Upon delivery, customers have 24 hours to inspect the item(s) received.
Customers should thoroughly examine the product(s) for any damages, defects, or discrepancies.
If any issues are identified, customers must contact customer support immediately, providing clear photographic evidence of the problem.
Day 2: Consideration and Decision

Customers have an additional 24 hours for further consideration of the product(s) received.
During this time, customers can assess whether the product(s) meet their expectations and requirements.
If customers are satisfied, no action is required, and the transaction is considered final.
Day 3: Final Decision

By the end of the third day after delivery, customers must make a final decision regarding the product(s) received.
If customers wish to return the item(s) due to reasons other than warranty issues, they must initiate the return process within this timeframe.
Returns initiated after the third day will not be accepted, except when covered under warranty.
Return Policy After 3-Day Look Period

Returns will only be accepted when covered under warranty terms specified for each product.
Customers must adhere to the warranty guidelines and procedures outlined by the manufacturer or seller.
Warranty-related returns must be initiated within the specified warranty period, as stated in the product description.
Returns outside the warranty period will not be accepted, except in cases where consumer protection laws mandate otherwise.
Additional Notes:

The 3-day look period allows customers sufficient time to inspect and assess the purchased item(s) before finalizing the transaction.
Customers are encouraged to promptly contact customer support in case of any concerns or issues during the inspection period.
Warranty coverage varies depending on the product and manufacturer. Customers should review warranty information provided with the product(s) for specific details.

Individual Store Policies

A store may have it’s own return policy. It shall not mandate and is prohibited from being less than 3 days as set within the general policy of FireCART.
