If your products are damaged during transport during handling by USPS, Refunds will only be issued on products with Proof of Clear PHOTO proven to be damaged/destroyed during shipping.
Please Email me the Pictures via Etsy within 3 days of Receiving your Order. Shipping Fees are not Issued with Refund unless Order was damaged/destroyed during shipping.
PLEASE double-check your Shipping Address is Correct, I cannot Re-ship packages that are Lost/Stolen and/or are Marked Delivered and/or to an incorrect address that the Customer Provided.
